Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Ergotherapist

Fondation Jean Dollfus is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our facility. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily activities of the residents and preventing age-related complications. You will play a key role in the quality improvement process of the establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Rehabilitation of mobility and transfers
• Stimulation of cognitive and physical capacities
• Adaptation of the environment to promote resident independence
• Prevention and treatment of fall risks
• Postural disorder management
• Management of technical aids

You will also provide training, guidance, and education to the care team to ensure the residents' needs are met in their daily activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Ability to adapt to patient and service needs
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and teamwork
• Adaptability to existing tools and their updates
