Position: State Certified Nurse

Croix-Rouge Francaise is seeking a dedicated State Certified Nurse to provide essential medical and social support to patients facing significant challenges who need nursing care or follow-up after hospital discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and assess nursing interventions for patient care
  • Evaluate the health status of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Facilitate coordination among various healthcare professionals involved in patient care
  • Organize and manage daily nursing activities
  • Engage in team meetings with diverse professionals
  • Offer tailored support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Input necessary data into software for ongoing monitoring

Candidate Profile:

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and engage with diverse cultures. Proficiency in English, strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, computer literacy, and experience with vulnerable populations are essential.
