As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage travel arrangements and provide support to the management team.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and internal events.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage office budgets and costs, ensuring effective financial management.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a tech scaleup or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in office management software and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and budget follow-up principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree required.
