Your Mission

We are seeking a Site Manager (H/F) to join our team in Eybens, Isère (38). As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of works on the assigned site.

Your Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will be the key figure on our site, representing Colas France - Territoire Sud-Est to our clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the site for construction

  • Monitoring the progress of the works

  • Closing the site

  • Managing the budget

  • Leading the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or a BAC Pro with significant experience in the industry

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • A strong understanding of construction management principles
