About the Team

You will join the "Strategy Bank of Territories" team within the Strategy and Transformation department of the Bank of Territories.

The team's three main missions are:

  • Drive: to orient strategic choices and give a common direction to action
  • Pilot: to turn recommendations into real organizational transformation
  • Animate: to disseminate strategy and support its implementation and deployment

The Strategy team is composed of 6 people directly reporting to the department head, as well as 3 interns/apprentices. It has a very horizontal and integrated functioning.

Missions

Reporting to the project managers of the "Strategy Bank of Territories" department, you will contribute:

  • To the follow-up of the strategic plan and the strategic management of the Bank of Territories
  • To the in-depth analysis of the strategic positioning of the Bank of Territories in its various areas of intervention (analysis of markets, value chains, trends, and disruptions, ecosystem…)
  • To the development of market studies for the client segments of the Bank of Territories, in collaboration with the business departments and strategic marketing, and to the realization of benchmarks to track the evolution of the actors involved in our major areas of intervention
  • To the accompaniment of regional departments in the development of their regional strategies
  • To the development of data for strategy (data-driven strategy) and the management of the Bank of Territories by impact through dedicated mapping tools
  • To the promotion of the strategic plan among the Bank of Territories' business departments, particularly through the development of accessible digital content for employees
  • To the management of strategic projects on behalf of business departments or the general management
  • To the definition of digital strategy through strategic analyses to evaluate the digital maturity of entities within the Group on their market or in their digital transformation process
  • To the preparation of supporting documents for the Bank of Territories' strategic instances.

As a member of the "Strategy and Transformation" department, you may be involved in other types of strategic projects in support of business departments or general management. These missions reflect the main activities to date, but may be adjusted in light of future direction developments. You may also participate in cross-functional projects related to your activity.
