**Job Summary**
At TBEA Sunoasis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Solution Manager. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and alignment with clients, as well as supporting our sales team with solar inverter and DG market technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients, including EPCs, system integrators, investors, and technical advisors.
- Support the sales team with solar inverter, DG market, and BESS system technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Track market demands and provide input to the company's R&D department.
- Set up and manage channels between internal teams and customers.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to the company's R&D department.
- Support, coordinate, and develop offers and technical solutions.
- Convince customers to purchase TBEA products from a technical perspective.
- Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitor information.
- Conduct product training, seminars, and presentations to customers and stakeholders as required.
- Attend national and international fairs and congresses.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in solar inverter, DG market, or BESS projects or related areas (PV, wind, hydro, thermal plants, substations, etc).
- Technical knowledge of solar inverters, DG market, BESS, wind converters, and/or substations.
- Familiarity with PV system simulation software.
- Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers, and EPCs.
- Proven experience working in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, across functions and all levels internally and externally.
- Fluent in English.
