The mission of the Prevention and Debt Management Service is to address rental arrears and initiate legal actions for tenants residing in SEMCODA properties. The primary aim is to avert social exclusion by fostering autonomy and accountability among households experiencing challenges. As a Social and Family Economy Advisor, your role is to assist prospective tenants in securing housing and support current tenants in maintaining their residences by stabilizing their situations and encouraging responsible housing practices.
