Job Title: VP, Product Management

PUR is seeking a seasoned product management professional to lead the development and commercialization of our nature-based solutions product suite. As VP, Product Management, you will be responsible for identifying strategic product priorities, managing the product development lifecycle, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive commercial success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international business, shaping the future of environmental markets and sustainability. You will work closely with our global teams, including operations, data, and external affairs, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global team in the evolution of our product suite, ensuring alignment with company strategy and best practices.
  • Monitor evolving policy, frameworks, and industry initiatives, identifying opportunities and risks relevant to our investments and product design.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with global policy, frameworks, and industry initiatives, staying current and informing frameworks with our knowledge and experience.
  • Support key topic leads and specialists in engaging prospective strategic partners, ensuring the protection of PUR's interests in development and negotiations.
Requirements
  • Masters-level degree in a discipline related to nature-based solutions or environmental markets.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the technical and commercial development, evaluation, or certification of nature-based solutions.
  • Material experience engaging with diverse industry stakeholders, including corporates, impact investors, grant financers, government, NGOs, academia, and certification bodies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a drive to stay on top of market trends and developments.
  • Effective management of global teams, with a strong sense of accountability for product quality and commercial success.
Travel Requirements

Regular travel to main PUR offices (Paris/Toronto), with occasional travel to project regions and global conferences.
