Job OverviewWe're looking for a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to provide critical legal guidance, support, and strategy across all departments. As a key member of our team, you'll help us navigate complex legal landscapes, manage risks, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal support to all departments, advising on various legal matters, including contracts, regulatory requirements, and intellectual property.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, clients, partners, and service providers.
- Compliance: Ensure we meet all regulatory and legal requirements, including data protection, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Process Building: Play a key role in building out and structuring our legal processes and workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external legal counsel and other lawyers to manage and resolve any legal tasks or disputes that arise.
- Experience: Around 5 years of experience in a similar legal position, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growing environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English—both written and spoken.
- Contract Management Skills: Strong contract management skills, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in simple terms.
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive, self-driven mindset, organized, structured, and ready to take on a wide variety of legal responsibilities.
- Adaptability: Adaptability and resilience, able to manage complexity and shifting priorities with ease.
