In the role of Product Owner within our Software Center of Excellence, you will play a crucial part in a strategic digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing the capabilities of R&D engineers globally.
- Establish the functional specifications of the solution
- Oversee activities to guarantee the design and evaluation of solution features
- Lead change management strategies
Qualifications and Expertise
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Engineering or IT, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within the automotive sector. Mastery of Agile SCRUM methodologies and familiarity with software development processes are essential. Technical knowledge of ALM tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as German or Arabic is beneficial. Some international travel may be required.
