Job Title: Executive Chef

Restalliance is seeking an Executive Chef (M/F) to join our team in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct a culinary team to ensure exceptional food services for residents and patients, aligning with our client's expectations in a healthcare environment.
  • Independently coordinate kitchen operations and deliver homemade meals utilizing local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients for approximately 220 patrons.
  • Prepare self-service dining options (around 60 meals) and curate dishes for patients.

Additional Duties:

  • Manage team dynamics including scheduling, knowledge sharing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Order supplies from local vendors and producers through our management software.
  • Effectively control costs to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Participate in the activities of the healthcare establishment.
  • Foster strong communication with clients.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the culinary sector with a solid understanding of HACCP protocols and proficiency in computer applications.

Exhibit a genuine passion for culinary arts and take initiative in daily operations.
