Your Mission

As a key member of our Mérignac agency (200 employees), you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of works on the assigned construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor.
  • Exemplifying professionalism in your role, particularly in interactions with clients, safety personnel, and the environment.
  • Preparing the construction site: planning resources, installations, signage, and tracking.
  • Participating in budget preparation and tracking: evaluating income and expenses.
  • Managing and monitoring site progress: handling unexpected issues, reporting information, corrective measures for deviations, planning, orders, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Representing the company to all stakeholders on the construction site: ensuring the company's image and reporting client requests.
  • Piloting the team according to the conducteur de travaux' directives, allocating tasks, integrating new hires, conducting performance reviews, and evaluating team members.
  • Ensuring the quality of the construction site for its reception.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a degree ideally at the Bac +2/3 level, who has experience on construction sites and has developed technical skills in TP/VRD and a passion for team management. Your rigour and sense of responsibility will enable you to manage the assigned construction sites with autonomy and a sense of accountability. Experience in VRD (road and diverse networks) is an additional asset.

The types of works include: sanitation, dry networks, soil treatment or granular material layer, borders, masonry, and asphalt. The types of construction sites include urban development projects, maintenance contracts, industrial platforms, urban renewal projects, and departmental roads.
