Position: Hospital Pharmacist

  • Evaluation and approval of medical prescriptions
  • Monitoring of drug safety and material safety
  • Oversight of inventory (medications, medical supplies)
  • Management of stock levels
  • Dispensing of pharmaceuticals and sterile medical supplies
  • Guidance of pharmacy technicians
  • Involvement in risk assessment and ensuring medication safety
  • Participation in various committees (COMEDIMS, CLIN, CLUD, CRIVI...)
  • Educating healthcare staff on the appropriate use of medications and medical supplies
  • Exclusion of chemotherapy or dialysis responsibilities
  • In-house sterilization processes

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in pharmacy with a valid professional license
  • Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical safety standards in a healthcare environment
