Your Role

As a Socio-Family Aid, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Document resident progress and report any concerns to the care team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A certificate for the functions of Socio-Family Aid in Luxembourg.
• Warm empathy and attentive listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of the German and Luxembourgish languages; knowledge of French is an asset.
