Marketing Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Product Manager to join our team at Dynamis-RH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our product marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our global marketing strategy and plan of action for our brands and products.
- Analyze the performance of our international brands, including sell-in, sell-out, P&L, and market trends.
- Monitor market trends and recommend innovation plans for our products, working closely with our development teams.
- Ensure effective communication with our support functions, including regulatory, supply, procurement, launches, medical, and communication & trade, to ensure smooth product development.
- Develop and implement activation strategies for our brands and products, creating associated tools such as marketing tools, activation guidelines, and communication & trademarketing levers to increase brand visibility and drive growth.
- Oversee the rollout of our strategic marketing plans and ensure their successful execution in local markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop activation tools and training for healthcare professionals.
- Define and manage operational budgets, including invoices and expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing.
- 4-5 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Experience working in an international context or within a global marketing team is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure performance and ROI.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory, with a second language a plus.
