Position: Tuberculosis Control Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in scheduled service meetings and contribute to discussions led by the Director of Nursing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine care procedures and protocols, ensuring they align with best practices.
- Engage in internal audits, training sessions, and information campaigns to enhance the quality of patient care and staff knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing interns, assisting in their evaluation in partnership with service management.
- Maintain meticulous records by verifying the contents and expiration dates of emergency backpacks and service room materials monthly.
- Effectively manage inventory levels by placing orders for pharmacy, parapharmacy, and other essential supplies, adhering to institutional procedures.
- Promote cost-effectiveness by utilizing products and materials responsibly.
- Educate patients on health-related topics, empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being.
