Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Assistant EMEA to join our team. As a Sales Administration Assistant EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting the Too Faced EMEA regional team on sales administration missions. Your main responsibility will be to extract and centralize data received by retailers and communicate it to the rest of the Too Faced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and centralize data received by retailers and communicate it to the rest of the Too Faced team.
  • Filling weekly and monthly reports on performances, and collect any comments the commercial team may have to cascade to management.
  • Handling all 'no charge orders', i.e place orders for any free products to send retailers, stores or team, whether from the warehouse through affiliates or from the office.
  • Additional sales administration responsibilities such as translation review, presentation support, database maintenance, accounting support, etc.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • English and French fluency.
  • Bac 4/ 5, University/Business school degree (Administration/ Business analysis...).
  • Administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
