About the Role

We are seeking a talented Pricing Strategist to join our dynamic team at AXA Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our pricing strategies across various product lines, ensuring we remain competitive and profitable in the ever-evolving insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing models and algorithms to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, underwriting, and sales, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of pricing models, making adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging pricing technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies within the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms, optimization techniques, and advanced modeling.
  • Proficiency in traditional data processing and analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
