In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and delivering engaging internal communication strategies across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate our Corporate Intranet and internal social network, ensuring its relevance and accessibility for all employees (French/English).
- Craft compelling internal news articles and press releases, adapting content seamlessly between French/English and English/French.
- Develop diverse and engaging content for various online communities and spaces, encompassing editorial pieces, videos, and more.
- Design, write, and produce impactful internal communication materials across both digital and print platforms.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of internal events and meetings, fostering a sense of community and engagement among employees.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in internal communication roles.
- Exceptional writing skills coupled with a strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital internal communication tools and platforms.
- Experience in organizing hybrid events, seamlessly blending in-person and digital elements.
- Graphic design and video creation skills are highly desirable.
- Fluent English language proficiency is essential.
