Featuring 138 beds across various departments, such as surgery, outpatient surgery, cardiology, oncology, and chemotherapy, the organization is a part of the GROUPE ELSAN group.
The organization is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational readiness of the operating room environment
- Coordinate and provide pre, peri, and post-operative care while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain hygiene and asepsis standards
- Manage records and medical devices
- Facilitate surgical procedures
- Support and assist in operations
- Contribute to training and mentoring new staff
- Stay updated on surgical innovations and professional development
- Support quality initiatives and protocol development
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices
