We are seeking a highly skilled PR & Communications Director to join our team at Media Assembly. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships in France, ensuring that best practices are in place for delivering on brilliant basics, while also thinking about how we strategically move our clients forward and deliver on their business ambitions for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships in France, ensuring best practices are in place for delivering on brilliant basics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to move clients forward and deliver on their business ambitions.
- Lead the account as a whole, taking accountability where necessary and being curious and proactive to surprise and delight clients.
- Set the agenda for the year, put in place the right WoW, and help drive organic growth of our clients' businesses.
- Deliver best-in-class media solutions with proven ROI back to clients.

Requirements- Hybrid leader with experience in managing client relationships and planning output.
- Responsible and accountable for end-to-end delivery for your market.
- Strategic guidance against client objectives, leaning into your MP and Strategy Director for support and guidance.
- Hands-on planning for relevant campaigns.
- Annual & Quarterly planning and reviews.
- Operational responsibility for local delivery and regional and global contribution.
- Management and ownership of key stakeholder relationships.
- First escalation point for local stakeholders.
- Responsibility for vertical team (workload management, coaching, mentoring).
- Identifying growth opportunities.
- A strong sense of governance.
- Going above and beyond to surprise and delight clients.
