About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Auxiliary Care Worker. As an ambassador for ADMR, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals with their daily routines, including household chores and laundry.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements
  • DEAVS, DEAES, or CAFAD qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with a minimum of 104 hours per month.
  • Based in Béthune with opportunities for travel.
