Position Overview

As a member of the Training division within the Customer Support and Services sector, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our advanced vehicles and systems. Your duties will include organizing training sessions, preparing essential training materials, welcoming participants, and ensuring the effective execution of training programs. Additionally, you will manage administrative responsibilities such as documentation and evaluations.

Your primary objective is to guarantee the excellence, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of training sessions, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing the training strategy for the project (curriculum, logistical requirements, tools, etc.) in accordance with project guidelines and contractual obligations.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the project to provide high-quality training on the vehicles and components, utilizing documentation from the technical writing team (user manuals, maintenance guides, repair instructions).
  • Participating in the review of training materials as necessary.
  • Contributing to the instructional design of training resources in both French and English, adapting them as required.
  • Conducting training sessions both domestically and internationally, covering topics such as Introduction, Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Component Overhaul, and Equipment Usage.
  • Evaluating participants' knowledge before and after training sessions.
  • Gathering real-time feedback from participants regarding the training experience.
  • Preparing comprehensive training reports.

Traveling to various locations for training purposes is an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications for Success

Applicants should possess a degree in a technical discipline at Bac+2 level or higher, with the ability to lead training initiatives and deliver results that align with quality, cost, and timelines.

Technical proficiency in multiple areas (electronics, mechanics, electrical systems, etc.) and familiarity with diagnostic tools are essential.

A valid C/CE driver's license, experience in off-road driving, and familiarity with simulator training are required. In addition to technical capabilities, we value proactivity, creativity, teamwork, and an open-minded approach. A mindset geared towards team leadership is also important.

Proficiency in English (TOEIC score >780) is necessary.
