We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our PPA-Energy Management team, you will be responsible for benchmarking systems modeling solutions, coordinating with external data providers, and leading the development of new tools and methodologies.

• Benchmark systems modeling solutions to optimize energy efficiency
• Coordinate with external data providers and energy market stakeholders
• Develop and implement new tools and methodologies to improve energy management
• Contribute to the growth and development of REDEN's renewable energy portfolio

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in electrical engineering, modeling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in project engineering or energy management
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and Python libraries for timeseries analytics and optimization
• Fluency in French and English
