About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Six Sigma Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop project plans.
- Coach and mentor business process managers on the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Conduct training sessions to build organizational capability in Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Lead and execute transversal end-to-end process improvement projects.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience providing training and coaching on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control tools.
- Familiarity with process automation and digital technologies such as Process Mining, RPA, AI/ML, and BPM.
