L'Oréal's Real Estate Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Europe Zone Real Estate Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for the deployment of L'Oréal's Real Estate Policy in the Europe Zone.
Key Responsibilities:- Control and manage the Real Estate portfolio of each country in the Europe Zone.
- Identify and formalize the strategic interest of real estate projects, working closely with internal clients.
- Analyze and negotiate real estate projects, including architectural, technical, workplace, sustainability, financial, and legal characteristics.
- Develop business cases with financial directors and prepare investment files for approval.
- Coordinate internal and external project teams in the Countries until delivery and post-delivery, including the fit-out work phase.
- Solid academic background, possibly supplemented by a third cycle of specialization in real estate.
- Minimum years of professional experience in project management in the tertiary real estate market.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
