Rexel, a leading distributor of electrical materials, is seeking a Commercial Agent in Alternance to join our team in Paris. As a key player in the energy sector, we offer a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide personalized service and support
  • Establish and manage sales targets, forecasts, and reports
  • Manage and follow up on customer orders, including resolving any issues or disputes
  • Contribute to the development of a dynamic and attractive agency through the implementation of effective merchandising and marketing strategies
  • Receive and manage inventory, as well as participate in regular stock counts
  • Contribute to the development of digital customer service and promotional activities
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a commercial BAC+2 program, ideally with a technical background in electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or climate control
  • Strong motivation to join the BtoB sector, with a dynamic and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
