Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at WISE RH. As a key member of our Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to meet the needs of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in cost reduction initiatives by conducting negotiations and optimization projects to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications by working closely with the Methods/Industrialization, Quality, Production, and Commerce departments.
• Define and maintain accurate data in our ERP system to optimize logistics and achieve the best possible conditions (quantity, price, stock).
• Conduct performance analysis of suppliers, track indicators, and implement action plans to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Consult with suppliers, analyze offers, and negotiate purchase terms.
• Sourcing outside of our existing supplier panel.
• Monitor production disruptions.
• Participate in cost analysis and prepare client proposals.
• Prepare, position, and adjust purchase orders to serve production and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of orders from creation to receipt of goods and handle any accounting disputes or non-conformities.
• Implement stock management strategy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the aerospace industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• A higher education degree in Purchasing or a related field is an asset.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
