We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Counsellor to join our team in Luxembourg. As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth clients in The Netherlands, providing exceptional service and ensuring they receive tailored investment advice.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and educating them on portfolio changes
- Manage a book of high-net-worth relationships with approximately €100-150 million in assets
- Act as a conduit between clients, our Investment Policy Committee, research and trading departments, and service teams
- Proactively update clients on portfolio changes, financial markets, and our current market strategy and investment philosophy
- Participate in our training program to gain advanced finance and capital markets education
- ~2+ years of experience in private client services within the banking/wealth management industry
- ~ Sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events, and the market
- ~ Native Dutch and native or fluent English language skills (Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial)
- ~ Ability to connect with and educate a variety of audiences
- ~ Maintain a positive personality and empathise with clients in good times and bad
- ~ MiFID certification, training, or the equivalent
- ~ CFA or similar education is beneficial
