As a member of the Success Advisory team at Pigment, you will engage closely with our key clients, sharing insights and facilitating the achievement of ambitious outcomes. We are in search of a Transformation Management Consultant who will be instrumental in spearheading change initiatives, particularly for our most valued clients. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of our software solutions. Furthermore, you will execute change management strategies on a large scale, reaching a diverse client base and equipping our internal customer-facing teams to adeptly manage transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute change management strategies for transformation initiatives with key clients.
- Partner with project teams to weave change management practices into comprehensive project frameworks.
- Implement extensive change management initiatives to guarantee widespread acceptance of our software solutions.
- Assess and monitor the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Design and conduct training programs to prepare client personnel for new financial systems and procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
- Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work in a cooperative environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of technology and software sectors.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (such as ADKAR, Prosci) and tools (like ClickUp, Notion).
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and leading significant transformation projects, particularly in financial settings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in both English and French.
