Position Overview

Our client, a prominent player in the construction and industrial sectors for over five decades, focusing on formwork, site safety, and welded products, is in search of a Commercial Technician in Welding Solutions H/F.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your primary role will be to execute the company's sales strategy and enhance revenue in the welding sector. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Advocating welding solutions to existing and potential clients
  • Identifying and engaging new business opportunities
  • Building and nurturing the client portfolio
  • Assessing client requirements and addressing inquiries
  • Drafting proposals and contracts, ensuring thorough follow-up
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the engineering team
  • Documenting and evaluating sales performance
Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications: A degree in business (Bac +2 to +3) and/or welding, with relevant experience in a comparable position. You should be self-sufficient, inquisitive, meticulous, results-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiation and client retention. Strong analytical skills and proficient writing capabilities are essential. Familiarity with IT tools and a collaborative spirit are also required.

This role offers a permanent contract with a variable salary structure, a company vehicle, and performance bonuses. The position involves national travel with overnight stays.
