Join Capijobnew as a Web Analytics Specialist and contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing web data to identify trends, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex web analytics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and drive business results.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to measure the impact of changes on user behavior and business outcomes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, and at least 3 years of experience in web analytics or a related field.
The successful candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
