Job Summary

As a Production Assembler I at T.D. Williamson, you will play a critical role in transforming raw materials into high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to prepare and assemble complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform various manufacturing operations, including numbering, painting, grinding, and deburring, to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Assemble, test, and process TDW equipment and component parts as scheduled daily, adhering to strict quality control and production standards.
  • Operate tow motors to move parts and materials efficiently throughout the production area.
  • Disassemble, evaluate, and repair customer equipment returned for repair, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control, Production Control, and Engineering teams to ensure products meet all requirements, utilizing work order routings, blueprints, and ISO-certified procedures.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, prioritizing a safe working environment in all areas of the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, implementing 5S principles and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of mechanical experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of TDW product lines and technical specifications.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Operating knowledge of overhead cranes and power tools.
