Clinical Development Director

About Pact & Partners International:
We are a global healthcare company dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare. As a Clinical Development Director, you will play a key role in leading the development of innovative therapies, particularly cellular therapies for rare diseases and oncology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute clinical strategies for cellular therapy projects, aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage phase II and III trials, including design, implementation, and analysis.
• Partner with regulatory affairs to prepare global regulatory submissions.
• Serve as a key advisor for the evaluation and advancement of research projects.
• Collaborate with academic experts, investigators, and patient advocacy groups.
• Work with preclinical research, medical affairs, marketing, and operations teams.
**Requirements:**
• Education: MD or equivalent, ideally in Oncology, or related fields. A PhD or clinical research qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in clinical research, with leadership in cellular therapies.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements.
