We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of electrical systems on our offshore installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and availability.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of maintenance jobs, including the identification of necessary materials and resources.
- Supervise and mentor electrical technicians and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in supervising and mentoring electrical technicians and engineers.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HV/LV equipment, generators, electric motors, and protection relays.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
