The company operates in a multi-billion-euro addressable market, growing at a double-digit rate driven by increased R&D spending in the auto industry. A2MAC1 aims to strengthen its Finance team to achieve operational excellence through enhanced organization and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly consolidated financial statements, including the statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, and statement of cash flow position.
- Manage the integration of new acquisitions into the scope of consolidation, aligning with Group standards of accounting and supporting local teams in adopting new rules.
- Organize data collection and ensure data compliance with Group standards, guaranteeing data consistency and coherence between entities.
- Ensure reconciliation between statutory accounts and management accounts, liaising with the FP&A team.
- Set up the new annual report and notes to Consolidated Financial statements in English.
- A degree from a business school or university in France or abroad (equivalent Bac + 5).
- A solid knowledge of finance, accounting, management, and audit.
- 5-7 years of experience in a big four audit firm or in the consolidation department of a large company.
- Proficiency in consolidation information systems and accounting tools.
- Fluency in English.
