Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled intern to join our team at Airbus. As a Data Analytics and Predictive Analysis Intern, you will be responsible for working on Data Analytics, Predictive Analysis, and Visualisation for the Learning Deployment Operational activity.

Main Tasks and Activities:
  • Establish an AS IS and TO BE related to data accuracy versus needs and identify potential use of machine learning in order to set up predictive solutions aiming at increasing training anticipation and automation.
  • Support the teams in understanding data analytics and predictive analysis topics, and also how they can be applied to the learning activity.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Airbus Learning deployment team which is composed of Learning Business Partners, Project Experts and Government funding specialists based in France, UK and Germany.
You will contribute to the following:
  • Analyze data readiness and appreciate Learning management and monitoring needs including government fundings.
  • Elaborate predictive model for "best sellers" sessions (high training volume).
  • Share knowledge on data analytics and predictive analysis to the learning deployment teams.
Deliverables:
  • Data collection and cleaning required for elaborating a predictive data model for best sellers training.
  • Data analytics for government fundings.
  • Awareness material and presentation to the team on data analytics and predictive analysis.
Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4 on Data Analytics and Predictive Analysis (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:
