As a vital part of our Mother-Child Pole, you will provide exceptional patient care in the dynamic environment of our Level III Maternity Unit. Our unit handles approximately 4500 births annually and serves a high volume of patients through our Emergency Department, which sees around 18,000 visits per year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to patients experiencing gynaecological and obstetric emergencies, as well as those requiring specialized attention in our Pathological Postpartum Suites.
- Assess patient needs promptly and effectively, prioritizing care based on urgency levels.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated team of medical professionals and paramedical staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a proven track record in gynaecology, obstetrics, or emergency care.
- Exceptional clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, coupled with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, ensuring continuous coverage for our patients.
