Product Marketing Assistant EMEA - Cosmetics Job Description

About Us:

M·A·C Cosmetics is a leading global brand in the cosmetics industry, known for its high-quality products and commitment to diversity and inclusion. As a Product Marketing Assistant EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the launch of new products across the EMEAI zone.

About the Role:

The Product Marketing Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the launch of over 50 collections per year, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide a strategy and assets for product launches. This will involve:

  • Coordinating the launch of new products across the EMEAI zone, including defining calendar priorities and updating the Marketing Calendar.
  • Consolidating and analyzing sales data from SAP/BI to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Working closely with regional teams to provide a strategy and assets for product launches.
  • Drafting and sending weekly Regional Newsletters to cascade all regional product updates to affiliates.
  • Supporting the creation of Forecasting guidelines for all new programs and updating all information upon changes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
