Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor - Works Supervisor - Business Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical works on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the work of our electrical teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Provide training and guidance to team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical works and construction management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering or a related field
