Role Overview:

The Operations Attaché is responsible for the effective management of daily human and material resources dedicated to waste collection services. This includes overseeing schedules, recruitment, and time management to ensure optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the allocation of resources for waste collection operations.
  • Lead and manage operational teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Address employee absences and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Review and validate payroll data on a daily basis.
  • Utilize IT tools to track service delivery and route efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold the company's health and safety standards.
  • Monitor service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Keep track of operational costs and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial proposals and budget oversight.
  • Act as the primary contact for business intelligence in the field.
  • Oversee maintenance of compactors, bins, and vehicles.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transport, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior management experience is advantageous.
  • Strong IT proficiency is required.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the waste management sector is a plus.
