Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospection and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • International Business Operations: Organize and execute international business trips, negotiate contracts, and manage client portfolios.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Event Management: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other business events to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in an international setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary and benefits package, including a percentage of the SMIC according to the company's remuneration grid.
