Job Description:Support Analyst

The successful candidate will provide support for IT systems and applications, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in multiple software applications.

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training on our systems and technologies, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex technical issues.

They will work closely with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.


Additional Information:
  • Estimated salary: €52,500 - €62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Work location: North of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
