Position: Social and Family Intervention TechnicianWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Social and Family Intervention Technicians. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and well-being within their homes and communities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family.
- Promote social integration and foster autonomy by assisting with daily activities, parenting skills, and civic engagement.
- Provide guidance and resources to help individuals access essential rights, pursue personal and professional goals, and navigate integration or inclusion programs.
- Facilitate group activities and mediate interactions between individuals, families, and community organizations.
- Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and educators, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interventions and progress made.
- Possession of a State Diploma in Social and Family Intervention (DETISF).
- Experience working with individuals and families facing diverse challenges is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, adaptability, organizational abilities, discretion, and a keen ability to observe and analyze situations.
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
