Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Piloting a portfolio of clients and developing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout their financial journey
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure the security of our clients and the institution
  • Collaborating with internal experts to develop multi-service solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
