**Join Our Team at APF France Handicap**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at APF France Handicap. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with motor disabilities and dyspraxia.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate healthcare interventions in collaboration with our medical team.
  • Assist our medical staff during medical appointments and manage medical records and materials.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and ensure their implementation.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • CDI contract with a 0.30 ETP.
  • Permit de conduire (driver's license) required.
  • Diplôme d'État (state diploma) mandatory.
  • Availability to work on Thursdays, as our service requires a presence on this day.
