INAUTALENT is a strategic collaboration between two independent consulting firms: Australiance Talent and Auvalie Innovation. Our goal is to facilitate the growth of innovative SMEs by attracting top talent to support them in achieving their ambitious projects and international expansion.
At INAUTALENT, we offer more than just recruitment expertise, innovation, and internationalization:
- We provide initial talent recruitment in France and abroad, leveraging our teams and methodology incorporating the latest HR technologies, as well as access to a network of PhD students and graduates from top universities.
- International network: With a vast network of over 10,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and international partners, we help our clients find talents, partners, clients, or investors on new international markets to implement their development strategy.
Under the guidance of the management team, you will manage various internal and external projects in line with the company's strategy and mission. As a member of a cohesive and supportive team, you will have a 360-degree view of the company.
External Project Management (70%):
- Partner Talent in Africa:
- Strategic support as a Partner Talent Group Africa. Assistance in recruiting key talents internationally.
- Market studies to support our clients' expansion on the African market.
- Implementation, support, and administration of our clients' HR resource management platform.
- Partner Talent France:
- Management of the talent acquisition process, assisting clients in recruiting top French and international candidates.
- Conducting market studies to provide essential data on European markets.
- Project coordination to facilitate business meetings between clients and potential partners.
- Support for Startup&Angels France as needed to increase member satisfaction, identify new event partners, and organize successful networking events in France and on new European markets.
Internal Project Management (30%):
- Digital Project Management and Business Development:
- Support for INAUTALENT's marketing activities (visual content production, articles, newsletters, and website updates).
- Management of our talent acquisition platform.
- Participation in internal process improvement efforts.
- Final-year student in business school, engineering school, or similar field, with a successful experience in project management, consulting, or recruitment.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude and desire to grow within a dynamic international team.
- Ability to learn quickly and be proactive.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to take on challenges. Interest in the startup ecosystem.
- Computer skills: mastery of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, and collaboration tools. Knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing automation would be an asset.
- Full-time internship for 6 months
- Start date: October/November 2024
