Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Structured Finance Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Structured Finance department, you will be responsible for originating and structuring complex financial transactions, including acquisitions and investments. You will work closely with our clients and partners to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Originating and structuring complex financial transactions, including acquisitions and investments
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Analyzing and evaluating financial data and market trends
- Creating and presenting financial models and proposals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structured finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
