Join Our Team as a Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at CMA CGM, a global leader in shipping and logistics. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in negotiating the best transport conditions with customers, taking into account the different Lines specificities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate transport conditions with customers to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Manage customer portfolios and work closely with Sales Representatives in the field
  • Review customer service requirements and ensure they are properly defined, followed-up, relevant, and enforced
  • Advise customers on all maritime services (equipment and transport) and participate in defining the service to be supplied, meeting the customers' needs
  • Collaborate with Trade Managers and maintain constant contact with Sales Representatives, Customer Services, and Lines Management
  • Proactively plan actions to achieve targets within the framework of the Commercial Action Plan
  • Ensure Quality, Safety, and Security procedures are respected and establish quotations to ensure the best realization by Customer Service
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in International Trade or Logistics Transport
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Good command of IT and Office tools
  • Fluent English language skills
