Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Line Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance measures and indicators related to line stoppages, providing information and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will ensure the skill development of 1st Level Support and operational teams on the lines, preparing and coordinating technical line stoppages for change installation.

Requirements
  • A master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management of automated production lines/ramp-up in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
